1. Foundational Disclaimer of Fiction

The publication "The Genesis Address" (hereinafter referred to as the "Project") is a work of fiction and satire and does not portray any actual person or event. Notwithstanding any use of the names of actual historic persons or places, the characters, dialogue, and incidents portrayed and the names used herein are fictitious. Any resemblance to the name, character, or history of any person, living or dead, or any actual event, is entirely coincidental and unintentional. The opinions expressed are solely those of the characters and should not be attributed to the creators, producers, or distributors of the Project. The Project is a work of pure imagination and satirical commentary and any perceived similarities to real-world events, technologies, persons, or entities are entirely unintentional and coincidental.

2. Extension to Digital Platforms & Social Media

For the avoidance of doubt, the fictional nature of "The Genesis Address" extends to any and all ancillary materials, discussions, interactive content, or community engagement presented on any digital platform. This explicitly includes any social media profiles or accounts operated by the creators under the names of the Project's fictional characters. This includes, but is not limited to, social media services (such as X.com, Instagram, Discord, YouTube, Facebook), code repositories (such as GitHub), and blockchain-based platforms or decentralized applications (such as Magic Eden, OpenSea, Tensor, pump.fun, bonk.fun, and any related platforms for trading digital assets or "meme coins"). All interactions and content generated by the creators on these platforms, including posts made from in-character accounts, are part of the fictional narrative and should be interpreted as such.

3. No Investment Advice & Compliance with Securities Regulations

"The Genesis Address" and all related materials are presented for entertainment purposes only. The content herein is intended to comply with the rules and regulations of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and other relevant regulatory bodies regarding artistic and narrative expression. 5. Acknowledgment of Terms and Assumption of Risk

The User affirms that any subsequent actions they may take—including but not limited to financial transactions, social interactions, or content creation—are undertaken of their own free will and independent judgment, and are not the result of any perceived influence, direction, or encouragement from the narrative or story of the Project. The creators, producers, and distributors of the Project expressly disclaim any and all liability for actions taken by the User, who assumes all associated risks.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This disclaimer and all terms contained herein, along with any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with "The Genesis Address" or the Project, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The User irrevocably agrees that the courts of the State of Wyoming shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with the Project.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in and to "The Genesis Address", including but not limited to copyright, trademarks, trade names, characters, and narrative elements, are the sole and exclusive property of Genesis Address Publishing LLC. U.S. Copyright Registration: 1-14970280741. No rights are granted to the User except as expressly stated herein. By submitting, posting, or displaying any content, text, images, or other materials (collectively, "User-Generated Content") on any platform associated with the Project, the User grants the creators a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User-Generated Content in any media.

8. Indemnification

The User agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the creators, producers, distributors, and their affiliates, officers, and employees from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) the User's use of and access to the Project and its associated platforms; (ii) the User's violation of any term of this disclaimer; or (iii) the User's violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right.

9. Age Requirement and Educational Content

The Project and all associated platforms and materials are intended for access and use by individuals who are at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater. By interacting with "The Genesis Address", the User represents and warrants that they meet this age requirement. The creators do not knowingly engage with or collect information from individuals under this age.

While the Project contains educational themes about financial literacy and critical thinking, it is designed as entertainment for mature audiences who can distinguish between fictional scenarios and real-world financial decisions.

10. Severability

The User understands that AI-generated content can be unpredictable, and may produce responses that are inaccurate, incomplete, inappropriate, or otherwise not reflective of the views or intentions of the Project's creators. Under no circumstances should the User rely on any information, suggestion, or statement provided by an AI agent for financial, legal, medical, personal, or any other purpose. By engaging with any component of the Project, the User explicitly consents to interacting with these AI agents and agrees that the creators of "The Genesis Address" shall not be held liable for any claims, damages, or losses arising from or related to the User's interaction with, or reliance upon, any AI-generated content, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

13. Compliance with Sanctions and Prohibited Jurisdictions

The Project is subject to the trade laws and economic sanctions regulations of the United States and other applicable jurisdictions. The Project and its associated services and Collectibles are not offered or intended for use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction where their provision or use would be contrary to applicable law or regulation.
